Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise specified. We provide detailed estimates and transparent pricing aligned with our premium service standards.

Liability

SM Restoration by Metro is liable only for damages directly caused by our negligence during water damage mitigation and restoration efforts.

Property Access

Clients must grant our team access to affected areas during scheduled appointments to perform water extraction, drying, and repairs efficiently.

Insurance Claims

We assist clients with insurance claims but are not responsible for claim approvals or denials. Our documentation supports your process.

Warranty

Our work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Any issues due to our services will be addressed promptly to uphold our superior standards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is accommodated based on technician availability.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, our goal is to resolve issues amicably through direct communication. Legal proceedings are a last resort.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
